Fighters have some of the best bodies in sports – lean muscle mass, long-lasting cardio, proportional physiques.  And with an emphasis on speed and agility, it’s no surprise that numerous professional athletes from many sports cross-train in MMA.  Our MMA-inspired fitness program is designed to give you the intense workouts and physical development of fighters!  Our fitness will have you sweating and burning up to 1,000 calories per hour.  These classes are a fun and effective way to reach your goals include weight loss, muscle toning, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility and general fitness.  Our Instructor are experienced fighters and fitness professionals, they are here to help you achieve your goals in a safe manner. There are many places that offer Cardio Kickboxing and Boxing classes, but they don’t know how to teach you to strike properly, without ensuring your safety. Cardio Kickboxing 

Cardio kickboxing classes, are for those who desire to punch and kick a bag, to get in fantastic shape like a fighter, but you don't have to worry about getting hit. We start off with a warm up,  such as: burpees, lunges, squats, dynamic stretching, and shadow boxing.

Then we get into 6 to 8 rounds of hitting the bag with combinations that, is being called out by the instructor. 1 min active rest between rounds, to get more out of your workout or take a quick water break.  The resistance of hitting the bag is going to help you tone up your muscles and help you with your endurance,  you can burn up to a 1,000 calories in one class!
