No-Gi grappling allows students to learn to gain position and submit opponents without relying on grips from a competitor’s clothing, similar to MMA matches.  Gi grappling gives students more opportunities to focus on the technical and methodical approaches while fight and strengthens your upper body muscles. For the beginner, grappling offers an intense, physically demanding workout that will burn hundreds of calories every class.  Grappling also develops functional strength and remarkable endurance.  For the experienced wrestler or jiuitsu player, our classes are sure to expose you to new techniques that will give you the competitive edge you’re looking for.
